It’s never too late to learn how to swim!
Aquatic anxiety can be a result of trauma from a past experience, absence of knowledge and information, or lack of access. If you have anxiety or fear around water and don't know how to swim, you are not alone.
An American Red Cross survey found that more than half of Americans either can’t swim or lack some basic swimming skills.
This is Kim’s specialty.
Let her guide you to a healthier relationship with the water in a Breakthrough Session. In just one pool session, Kim will help you break through your anxiety in the water and find peace at the next level of your aquatic experience.
$150/Session (75 minutes)
*You must have access to your own warm pool.
Contact Kim for hotel recommendations with a warm pool if you are coming from out of town.
